EPI
has extensive Superfund/RCRA Facility experience in all aspects
of hazardous waste management. Significant projects include
remedial investigation, feasibility study preparation, remedial
design, remedial action and waste removal at National Priorities
List (NPL) sites in Iowa and Nebraska.
All hazardous waste
site personnel are health and safety trained in accordance
with OSHA regulations contained in 29 CFR1910.120.
EPI Superfund experience
has provided support to potential responsible parties and
federal and state regulatory agencies. This experience has
involved conducting preliminary site assessments, site investigations
and hazardous waste removal actions. EPI also provides engineering
services for a wide range of RCRA-type investigations and
corrective action projects in many states for industrial,
commercial and institutional clients.
EPI has developed permit
packages and engineering designs for closure of existing RCRA
regulated units and for new hazardous waste storage, treatment,
and disposal facilities, all in accordance with RCRA provisions.
