Paul E. Ziemba, President, has over 30 years of legal and environmental engineering experience and is a Professional Engineer registered in the States of Nebraska and Indiana. He graduated from Creighton University School of Law in 1987 and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University Of Nebraska - Lincoln in 1975.

Ziemba was in the private practice of law prior to returning to the practice of engineering. His practice covered business, corporate, construction and environmental law. The practice included serving the architectural and engineering professions, insurance and bonding companies, and representation involving environmental disputes, hazardous materials and radioactive and toxic waste.
